Privacy & Personal Data Protection Policy

1. Identity of the Data Controller
In accordance with Law No. 58 of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Information” dated 14 April 2008, your personal data is processed and protected by “Altyn Uya” Public Foundation (Ministry of Justice Reg. No: 193921-3301-ОФ, Tax ID / INN: 02711202010186, OKPO: 30952301, Registered Address: 43/1 Yakovenko St., Kara-Zhygach, Alamudun District, Chuy Region, Head Office: 80 Michurin St., Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic).
2. Purpose & Scope of Data Processing
We collect only the minimum personal information necessary to process your charitable contribution, issue donation confirmations, share field completion reports (such as Qurban videos, water well openings, and winter/food aid updates), and comply with statutory accounting rules in the Kyrgyz Republic: your full name, phone number, email address, donation amount/programme, and optional donor note. We also process the details you send through the volunteer form (name, contact details, field of expertise, message), your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter, cookie, IP address and device data collected when you use the site (see our Cookie Policy), and your WhatsApp correspondence with us.
3. Sharing of Data with Third Parties
Your personal data is never sold or shared for commercial marketing. To process online card and wallet donations securely, transaction data is transmitted to our licensed payment partner Freedom Pay (LLC “Freedom Pay Kyrgyzstan” / ОсОО «Фридом Пэй Кыргызстан») and the acquiring banks; card numbers and CVV2/CVC2 codes are handled exclusively by Freedom Pay under PCI DSS Level 1 and 3D Secure protection and are never stored by the Foundation, and transaction details are processed by the payment organisation. For bank-transfer donations, data is shared only as needed with the banks involved. Data may also be handled by WhatsApp and email service providers used to communicate with you. With your cookie consent only, Google (Google Analytics 4) and Meta (Meta Pixel) receive usage and advertising-measurement data through analytics and marketing cookies; if you do not consent, these tools are not loaded, and you can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie Preferences”.
