Altyn Uya Public Foundation — supporting children and families in Kyrgyzstan

Built on Trust and Integrity: Altyn Uya’s Transparent Fieldwork

In humanitarian and charitable work, the most valuable asset is institutional trust. The Altyn Uya Public Foundation upholds strict transparency, moral accountability, and rigorous governance standards across all its humanitarian interventions in Kyrgyzstan. Our operational framework is guided by an objective three-step field methodology.

Altyn Uya’s 3-Step Field Methodology

Every relief initiative is executed through a verified three-phase protocol:

Step 1: On-Site Needs Assessment and Social Audit

Beneficiary identification is never conducted behind an office desk. Our field commissions work in direct coordination with local rural administrations (ayyl okmotu), school leadership, and community elders to assess living conditions, household income, and vulnerable dependents firsthand.

Step 2: Direct, Dignified Delivery Without Intermediaries

All provisions are handed over directly by authorised foundation personnel and vetted volunteers. Throughout the process, the utmost care is taken to protect family dignity, personal privacy, and local cultural norms.

Step 3: Comprehensive Verification and Financial Auditing

Every disbursement is thoroughly documented with signed delivery records, banking records, and inventory receipts. Our annual financial and operational reports are shared with regulatory oversight bodies; we plan to publish them on this site, and until then they are available on request.

“Our commitment is to ensure that every resource entrusted to us reaches its exact intended destination with honour, efficiency, and complete accountability.”
